Stagehands Amsterdam at Siemens Realize Live 2025 – RAI Amsterdam Event Crew Hire
From June 27 to July 3, 2025, ArtnovCrew proudly supported pave GmbH as the main contractor for the prestigious Siemens Realize Live event at the iconic RAI Amsterdam. This large-scale project required highly skilled stagehands in Amsterdam for both setup and dismantle phases. In total, we successfully delivered 69 crew shifts over seven days.
Professional Crew Logistics and Planning
We began by carefully planning the crew schedule. As a result, we deployed a consistent team of 26 experienced stagehands, many of whom worked on both the setup and the dismantle. This approach not only improved workflow but also ensured that crew members were already familiar with the venue layout and equipment flow. In fact, familiarity with the space reduced mistakes and saved time during dismantle.
Wide Range of Event Setup and Dismantle Services
Our tasks at RAI Amsterdam covered many different aspects of event setup in the Netherlands:
- Loading and unloading trucks with AV and staging equipment.

Each group of our crew was assigned to different specialists, including audio engineers, LED technicians, video teams, and riggers. This way, we ensured smooth cooperation and a high level of task specialization. Meanwhile, the floor managers could count on us for flexibility, knowing our crew could quickly adapt to new assignments.
